At IBB Wholesale, we aim to deliver your building and insulation materials efficiently, safely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when we dispatch orders within the United Kingdom.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to mainland United Kingdom. For deliveries to offshore locations, Northern Ireland, or special destinations, please contact us before placing an order.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times depend on product type, order size, and delivery location:
- Standard pallet deliveries: 2–5 working days
- Large or bulk orders: delivery times confirmed individually
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- order weight and dimensions
- pallet quantity
- delivery location
For large or mixed pallet orders, delivery charges may be quoted separately.
Pallet Deliveries
Many of our products are shipped on pallets. Please ensure:
- clear access for large delivery vehicles
- a suitable unloading area
- someone is available to receive the delivery
Failed deliveries may result in additional charges.
Delivery Inspection
All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery paperwork and reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Delays & Force Majeure
IBB Wholesale is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, extreme weather, or supply chain disruptions.
